Career
He has vast experience in commercial litigation, mediation, arbitration and intellectual property rights. Oscar has represented plant breeders for over a decade and has successfully conducted administrative actions with Ecuadorian IP authorities in order to protect plant breeders’ IP rights. Oscar has also been a consultant for the Interamerican Development Bank for constitutional matters and a professor of commercial law in Universidad de las Américas. He is an arbitrator at the Quito Chamber of Commerce.
