Marta Villagomez is Legal Director of Tobar ZVS labor practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in the employment area.

Marta also handles administrative processes before the Ministry of Employment, such as carrying out the defense against employees’ complaints, fair dismissal approval proceedings (Visto Bueno), employment compliance inspections, authorizations for consolidated profits, especial work schedule, internal employment regulations and safety and hygiene regulations. She also leads due diligence processes on employment issues within M&A transactions, and the development of mitigation strategies regarding employment risks.
