Career

Ana Daniela Mogollón joined the firm in 2016. Currently, she is a lawyer in the Units of Dispute Resolution and Corporative of TOBAR ZVS.

Ana’s practice covers all kinds of dispute proceedings provided in our national legislation, such as negotiation, mediation, judicial, administrative and arbitral procedures. Her practice experience in dispute proceedings includes administrative processes related to plant breeders and their intellectual property rights.

Likewise, she has concentrated her efforts on Corporate Law, mainly in the execution of companies’ winding-up proceedings.

Education

Ana graduated as a lawyer in 2018 from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

As a student, Ana worked in the legal clinic of her law school, where she acquired vast expertise on civil and family law.
