Yoshihiro Takatori, head of Orrick Global Japan Practice, is qualified in Japan and New York, and FCIArb.
His practices focuses on cross-border dispute resolution including multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration on intellectual property, product liability, antitrust and FCPA & Anti-corruption laws, cybersecurity issues and compliance investigations. Yoshi is listed on the arbitrator’s panel of Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) and the Singapore Arbitration Center (SIAC), and listed as a Specialist Mediator at Singapore International Mediation Center (SIMC). He also serves as executive director of Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA) and as Co-convener of Japan Chapter of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
