She has been actively involved in various delegations to private enterprise through public-private partnerships, strategic alliances and concessions, guiding clients from the presentation of private initiatives to the execution of contracts..

At PBP and during her time as an in-house attorney at a major international engineering and construction company, she has worked on multiple tenders and the negotiation and follow-up of contracts. She has worked on various financing processes with international banks and entities to develop infrastructure projects in Ecuador.

She has helped companies to restructure their internal supplier procurement processes by preparing model contracts and procurement procedures, facilitating negotiations and reducing contractual disputes. She is experienced in negotiating and structuring construction contracts with FIDIC standards (International Federation of Consulting Engineers).
