Associate Attorney. Joined the Bustamante & Bustamante Law Firm in the year 2002 and has been practicing law at the firm since 2006. Associate Attorney for Intellectual Property. Since January 2009, has directed the Department of Patents for Invention, trademark amendments (licenses, assignments, mergers, change of name or address), trademark renewals, payment of annual patent fees. Specializes in administrative litigation at the Ecuadorian Intellectual Property Institute (IEPI) with respect to copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Headed the case of Compañía Gaseosa Lux v. Coca-Cola.

First prize in the school category for a video called La Trenza (“The Braid”) 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998 and 2000: School and University Model U.N. and National Congress. First prize to the best delegation and best speech in the years 1995 and 1996.
