Chie has more than 20 years of experience representing both Japanese and non-Japanese corporations before Japanese courts in a wide range of litigation matters with an emphasis on intellectual property, antitrust/competition law and product liability, as well as complex cross-border commercial disputes. Chie has also led large-scale international investigations involving antitrust, anti-corruption, and other compliance matters. She has handled cases in a variety of industries, including software, hardware, consumer electronics, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, transportation, real estate, and manufacturing.
