Max’s practice includes all aspects of dispute resolution with special emphasis on patent litigation, adversarial patent license negotiations, and international arbitration. Max served as the chair of the Tokyo office Litigation Department (2006-2013) and managing partner of the Los Angeles office (2004-2006). Max is serving as President of the Tokyo IP American Inn of Court (2021-2022).
