Seth Weiner is a Partner in the Corporate, Securities and Real Estate Capital Markets Practices at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Seth represents public and private companies in high growth industries, particularly commercial real estate and technology. His practice is focused on the areas of corporate finance, federal securities law compliance, FINRA registration, blue sky law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation.

Seth represents clients in structuring and consummating complex corporate transactions, including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience in representing issuers in connection with initial public offerings and follow-on offerings, particularly issuers that are REITs, real estate limited partnerships or technology companies. Seth has guided private companies and their boards of directors through the initial public offering process, on-going reporting requirements and stock exchange requirements, as well as through the business and corporate governance issues encountered by a public company.

Seth is a frequent speaker on topics relating to non-listed real estate investment trusts.
