Position

A partner in the labor and employment practice at Morgan Lewis, Joseph Costello represents employers in a broad range of matters, including ERISA class actions, whistleblower and retaliation litigation, executive terminations, workplace investigations, reductions in force, and noncompete/trade secret disputes. He focuses on helping employers achieve their business objectives and avoid litigation, but he also has a successful track record of disposing of lawsuits through motion practice and negotiating creative settlements, and trying cases when necessary.
