Position

A partner at Morgan Lewis, Theresa focuses her practice on a broad range of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitisation and structured finance transactions, with a particular concentration in covered bond transactions for US and UK issuers. Theresa works on both public and private offerings of securities in cross-border transactions, as well as repurchase transactions and securities lending arrangements. Her experience also includes the representation of financial institutions in connection with repurchase transactions and other financing transactions.
