Jami Wintz McKeon is Chair-elect of the Firm and a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. McKeon's practice focuses on complex litigation, including class and mass actions, and civil and regulatory proceedings. She has more than 25 years of experience handling high-stakes, crisis litigation and investigations related to business disputes, fraud litigation, class action cases, and matters arising from or related to business combinations, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Ms. McKeon has substantial experience handling cases and counseling clients on litigation issues in the financial services and technology industries. Ms. McKeon has led teams in bank-related investigations and litigation, including those related to mortgage, credit card, and trust issues. She currently leads the Morgan Lewis team representing one of the world's largest banks in mortgage and credit card-related regulatory and litigation matters. Ms. McKeon has held many leadership positions at the firm and most recently served as leader of the Litigation Practice. Under Ms. McKeon's leadership, Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice has expanded internationally in London and Moscow and has become a destination point for key government officials who have joined the practice from the Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Attorney General's office. During her tenure, the Litigation Practice has also received a number of accolades. BTI Consulting Group named Morgan Lewis a "Powerhouse - Best of the Best" for complex commercial litigation in their Litigation Outlook 2013, and in 2012 the practice was named one of The Legal Intelligencer's "Pennsylvania Litigation Departments of the Year."
