Paul McCoy, who operates out of the New York and San Francisco offices, represented the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a $50m investment in Warburg Pincus Financial Sector LP. Pension plan matters are another core area of strength; Louis Singer, who splits his time between London and New York, advised the New York City Comptroller's Office on the launch of a number of strategic partnerships, with an aggregate value of $3bn, between KKR and five New York City pension funds. Gerald Kehoe, who advises Lime Rock Partners, is a key contact in the Boston office.
