Steven Reed leads the global antitrust group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from the Philadelphia office. Reed is currently acting for a generic drug manufacturer in a government investigation into allegations of price fixing and customer allocation. In other highlights, Silicon Valley’s Mark Krotoski and New York-based Richard Taffet are currently advising a major technology company on a DOJ investigation into a potential Sherman Act violation as well as allegations of collusion regarding the development of technical standards. Deputy practice leader Jon Roellke sits in the Washington DC office alongside Clayton Everett, Jr and Scott Stempel.
