Mr Dmitry Ivanov
Dmitry is a partner in the firm’s Moscow office and is head of the firm’s Russia dispute resolution practice. He counsels clients on cross-border and domestic litigation matters as well as international arbitration and general commercial matters. He also represents clients in state commercial courts and arbitration courts, and advises on disputes in real estate, construction, and contractual corporate matters, as well as on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. The Moscow-based litigation group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is fully integrated in the firm’s global offering, and the department works closely with it’s London-based counterpart. The group focuses on issues concerning the enforcement of judgements, bankruptcy and insolvency-related litigation, and claims arising out of contractual breaches. Dmitry Ivanov and Grigory Marinichev jointly head up the practice.
The team at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP operates as part of the firm’s global dispute resolution group and represents clients in significant cross-border arbitration proceedings in the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Chamber of Commerce and domestic arbitration forums. The practice also handles enforcement matters in jurisdictions spanning Russia, the UK, the US and offshore jurisdictions.
