Career
Helfried Schwarz is a partner in Milbank’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group. Mr. Schwarz focuses mainly on aircraft and other structured equipment financings. He has particular experience in domestic and cross-border leveraged lease transactions; pre-delivery payment and warehouse facilities; aircraft acquisitions and dispositions; enhanced equipment trust certificate offerings; aircraft portfolio securitizations; airline bankruptcies and restructurings; and export credit agency-supported financings.
