Partner David Taub concentrates his practice in the field of financial, credit and structured products. David is head of the Firm's Financial Institutions Advisory Practice Group. David's practice extends to the trading and the securitization aspects of the financial products markets, as well as to a variety of credit products. He regularly advises financial institutions and other market participants regarding a range of derivative transactions, including swaps, caps, collars, floors, investment vehicles and forward delivery agreements. He has structured and developed a variety of innovative and complex securitization transactions.
