Position

Associate Romilly Holland focuses her practice on international commercial and investment arbitration and has significant experience in arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), as well as before ad hoc tribunals. She has particular experience in the energy and telecommunications sectors and in disputes arising out of investments in emerging markets. In addition to acting as counsel, Romilly has regularly been appointed as secretary to the arbitral tribunal in international commercial arbitration proceedings.
