Position

Dr. Michael Cziesla is a corporate partner in our Frankfurt office who advises clients in complex corporate transactions, specializing in multi-jurisdictional and cross border M&A, secondaries, leveraged buyouts, divestments and reorganisation and joint ventures.

 

Michael advises both German and international corporates, private equity funds and insurance companies across a range of sectors with an emphasis on regulated industries (including healthcare and life science, aviation, IT and financial services).
