Position

Matthias Kampshoff is a partner, he provides advice for all corporate and bankruptcy-law related issues. He focuses on restructuring companies that are experiencing crises and bankruptcy situations. He has extensive experience in providing advisory for companies, their officers, shareholders, investors as well as bankruptcy administrators and creditors. The range of his services encompasses, in particular, guiding companies in their self-administration. In addition, he regularly advises in national and international (distressed) M&A transactions. Among his most recent cases were a leading manufacturer of solar modules and a leading manufacturer of aluminium which he advised on the continuation of their businesses throughout distress and subsequent bankruptcy. Furthermore, he managed the sale of a bankrupt retail chain for motorcycle accessories.
