Thomas is a partner, he has more than 20 years of experience advising companies and entrepreneurs on the drafting, negotiation, implementation and enforcement of international commercial law agreements. His client base spans the advertising, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, real estate and banking/payment solution industries. Apart from his non-contentious work, Thomas focuses his practice on national and international commercial law disputes, representing clients in out-of-court dispute resolution as well as in matters argued before the courts. Thomas regularly represents parties in arbitration or mediation processes, and has a proven track record of highly favorable, quick settlements for his clients. Within his broad commercial dispute resolution practice, Thomas maintains a special focus on conflicts arising from insolvencies, merger and acquisition transactions, and distribution and commercial lease agreements, as well as on acting as defense counsel for directors and officers.
