Latin America: International firms > City focus - Miami

McDermott Will & Emery LLP’s Miami office has a strong cohort of international tax lawyers that have extensive experience in cross-border transactions with Latin America. The team is best known for inbound investments into the US from the region – particularly from Brazil. Many of these transactions involve south Florida, with real estate investments a particularly active segment. Co-head of the Latin America practice and leading the tax group in Miami, Michael Silva‘s practice demonstrates a strong emphasis on international tax, US investment structures, fund formation and advice to Latin American family offices. Steven Hadjilogiou and Arianne Plasencia provide additional international tax expertise.
