David McKellar is a partner of Mayer Brown. He currently serves as the firm’s Deputy General Counsel for Asia. He concentrates his practice on professional indemnity, professional ethics, loss prevention and risk issues and compliance. Earlier in his career, David focussed on general commercial, professional negligence, securities, employment and construction litigation, and personal and corporate insolvency.
David is also a qualified mediator, and has acted as a provisional liquidator and worked for the University of Hong Kong, City University, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Monash University.
