In the Dispute Resolution practice, he is an advisor and litigator in Arbitration and judicial proceedings regarding disputes related to contract and tort, civil and state liability, infringement of intellectual property rights and disputes in the infrastructure sector. In the area of Intellectual Property, he focuses his practice on advising on plant variety protection (Plant Breeders’ Rights), handling and management of intellectual property rights, technology transfer, protection of intangible assets within organizations, as well as advising on issues related to the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights.
