Mrs Tatiana Carrillo
Tatiana is head of Trademarks and Copyright Department.
Tatiana is Partner of Lloreda Camacho & Co., since 2009. Has over 18 years of experience handling and advising large trademark portfolios for different multinational and national companies. She has a broad range of expertise in the defense of client trademark rights regarding trademark infringements.
She also has lectured the course on Trademark Law in South America at the John Marshall Law School – International Trademark Law and Practice for the past five (5) consecutive years.
In addition, she has been a keynote speaker on Copyrights Law in different cities of Colombia in the education program of the Asociación Colombiana para el Avance de la Ciencia y Tecnología ACAC in 2015 (Colombian Association for the Advances of Science and Technology), a distinct entity in Colombia in the technology and science academy field, and delivered two presentations on behalf of INTA during the symposium hosted by the Trade Mark Office of Colombia regarding the Andean Community Decision 486.

Tatiana is member of the The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Interamerican Asociation of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the Colombian Association of Intellectual Property (ACPI)
She received her Law Degree from the Universidad del Rosario in 1993, and her Master Degree in International Contract Law from the Universidad de los Andes in 1997. She also completed certifications in Administrative Procedural Law and Unfair Competition Law.
