Jeremiah Wolsk, an international technology and outsourcing transactions lawyer, is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. Wolsk represents clients in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of international IT outsourcing agreements; software licensing and development agreements; system integration agreements; telecommunications services agreements; joint ventures and strategic alliances, technology transfers and distribution agreements; and BPO agreements. Mr. Wolsk has represented clients in the retail, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries in the United States, Europe and Africa.
