Suzana Sava-Montanari is a partner in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins specializing in debt capital markets, structured finance and derivatives.

Ms. Sava-Montanari’s practice focuses on debt capital markets transactions where she regularly advises international clients on MTN programs, stand-alone investment grade, high yield and hybrid bond issues.

On the structured finance side, she advises clients on repackaging transactions and bespoke structures, including managed products as well as OTC derivatives transactions. In the last years, Ms. Sava-Montanari has advised arrangers, asset managers and institutional or UHNW investor subscribers on a wide variety of structured credit, fund-linked or tax driven transactions delivered through debt securities, balance sheet CLOs, OTC derivatives or ordinary equity.

In relation to derivatives, Ms. Sava-Montanari advises on equity, credit, fund and energy derivatives, as well as on stock-lending transactions.
