Position

Patrick Laporte is a partner in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice spans a wide range of major public and private domestic and cross border M&A transactions including stock exchange-related transactions and joint ventures mainly for industrial clients with a particular focus on the media and advertising, telecommunication, air transportation, energy and finance sectors.

Prior to joining the firm in January 2012, Mr. Laporte was a partner in the Paris office of Debevoise & Plimpton, which he joined in 2005 from Linklaters’ Paris office, where he became a partner in 1997.
