Bénédicte Large Bremond is counsel in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Benedicte Large Bremond has significant experience in complex mergers and acquisitions and leveraged transactions. She also regularly advises public and private companies and investment funds in general corporate law matters, including corporate governance, security offerings, and stock exchange regulations.

From 2005 to 2017, Bénédicte Large Bremond was acting as a knowledge management lawyer for the M&A and private equity practice of the Paris office of Latham & Watkins.

She is also an active member of the Women Enriching Business (WEB) task force in Paris, contributing to the expansion of the program.
Before joining the firm in 2005, she worked as an associate for ten years at several leading French and US law firms and as General Counsel of a family office.
