Chris Shoff focuses his practice on the representation of technology companies from start-ups to global corporations in a broad range of industries, including software, digital media and entertainment, mobile, consumer Internet, medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare services. He regularly represents clients throughout their entire life cycle from formation to exit. In this role he advises entrepreneurs and companies on corporate formation, equity incentives, convertible note and preferred stock financings, securities law compliance, corporate governance, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions
