Katherine Lauer is a partner in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins, and is a global Co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Ms. Lauer focuses her practice on healthcare litigation, with emphasis on healthcare fraud defense.
