Following the April 2022 arrival of global data protection and consumer privacy specialist Clayton Northouse from Sidley Austin LLP, Latham & Watkins LLP has strengthened its robust data breach, mission critical incident and investigations driven cyber practice. Global Co-Chair of the Privacy and Cyber practice, based in San Francisco, Michael Rubin defends clients facing data breach litigations and regulatory investigations before the FTC.
