Clement Naples is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and serves as lead counsel in patent infringement actions and other IP-related litigation. Mr. Naples has extensive experience litigating in the International Trade Commission and in District Courts across the country. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Naples has negotiated complex patent license agreements, including agreements covering worldwide patent portfolios worth in excess of US$100 million. Mr. Naples also regularly consults regarding the sale or acquisition of companies with significant patent assets.
