Lori Goodman is a partner in the Tax Department of the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where her practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters for public and private companies. Ms. Goodman’s experience includes the drafting and negotiation of employment, severance and change in control agreements and equity and non-equity compensation plans and award agreements, often in the context of mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. Ms. Goodman also prepares the executive compensation disclosure for proxy statements and other securities filings and advises on other tax, securities and corporate law issues associated with executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
