Mr. Shulman's practice has focused principally on prosecuting and defending patent infringement actions in federal courts throughout the country. He has litigated more than 200 patent cases involving a broad spectrum of subject matter, ranging from simple inventions to more complex technologies, such as integrated circuits, ion implantation equipment, medical devices, computer display terminals, telecommunications equipment, satellite control systems, nuclear fuel claddings and various chemical compositions and processes. Mr. Shulman also has extensive experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation.
