Jonathan Su is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Department of the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice. He represents and advises clients on government investigations and proceedings. Mr. Su was named one of D.C.’s “2014 Rising Stars 40 Under 40” by The Legal Times - National Law Journal and serves as the Vice Chair of the firm's Global Pro Bono Committee.

Before rejoining Latham, Mr. Su served as Special Counsel to President Barack Obama. At the White House, he advised senior White House and Executive Branch officials on a wide range of matters, including congressional investigations, risk management, nominations and personnel issues, litigation matters involving the White House and various matters relating to the Department of Justice.
