Brad Kotler is a member of Latham & Watkins' Executive Committee, and previously served as the Managing Partner of the Chicago office and global Vice Chair of the firm's Finance Department. Mr. Kotler has significant experience in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities involving term and revolving loans for acquisition (including through tender-offer and second step merger financings) and working capital purposes. Mr. Kotler also has experience negotiating and documenting debtor-in-possession credit facilities. His finance practice ranges from middle market ABL and cash-flow loans to large cap transactions.
