Mr. Molina’s practice covers sophisticated, market-defining, and high-end real estate transactions, restructurings, and distressed transactions for private equity and international investment funds, often with a focus on real estate as an asset class and related big-ticket finance work. He has developed expertise advising clients on the financing, restructuring, investment in, and disposal of a variety of real estate assets; sales and leasebacks; and EPC contracts.
