Ms. Munevar joined the firm in 2010 and is part of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practice Group. Between 2016 and 2018 Ms. Munevar wroked as foreing associate in the international arbitration practice of Covington and Burling (New York Office). She advises national and international corporations in complex litigations before national judges, superintendencies and other authorities, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations in civil and commercial matters, such as contractual liability, torts, corporate disputes, unfair competition actions and infringements to free-trade legislation, and consumer law. Ms. Munevar has participated in arbitrations under the rules of CCB, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICDR, related to the infrastructure, M&A, mining, energy and insurance sectors, among others. She also advises clients in the implementation of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as conciliation proceedings, and in the negotiation and implementation of settlement agreements.

Lawyer admitted to practice in Colombia and in the State of New York, graduated from Universidad del Rosario and obtained a postgraduat degree in Commercial Law from the same university. She holds an LL.M in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from New York University School of Law.
