Amanda Hollis is a partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office and concentrates her practice on patent litigation. A skilled litigator with a track record of significant results for a wide variety of clients, Amanda has substantial experience litigating patent matters for marquee clients in federal courts across the country, in the United States International Trade Commission, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She has applied her training to manage all aspects of patent litigation cases from inception through trial. As a key member of Kirkland’s nationally-recognized Intellectual Property Practice Group, Amanda’s practice has encompassed a broad range of technologies and subject matters, including pharmaceutical and nutraceutical (omega-3) compositions, animal health products, vaccines, medical devices, chemical compositions for oxygen scavenging, electronically-controlled fuel systems, molten metal pumps, data compression, wireless messaging, flash memory chips, computer networking business methods, and a variety of standardized technologies including IEEE 802.11 (Wi-Fi) standards. Amanda has first chair trial experience and has participated in multiple intellectual property trials and hearings.
