Position

JoAnne Mulder Nagjee focuses on Federal, state and local tax controversies. She represents clients at all stages of the administrative process and in tax litigation in Federal and state courts. JoAnne is experienced with the numerous alternative dispute resolution options available to taxpayers during the IRS audit and appeals process, and is skilled at navigating TEFRA partnership proceedings. JoAnne also regularly advises clients on the tax aspects of complex business transactions, including IPOs, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, and has obtained private letter rulings from the IRS relating to proposed transactions.
