Andrew Kassof is a senior litigation partner and trial lawyer who recently co-led and tried two billion dollar cases to successful verdicts — one on the plaintiff side in federal court in NY, and the other for the defense in federal court in Texas. Andrew currently represents multiple corporate clients from different industries in class action, False Claims Act and various complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts in New York, Illinois, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Delaware and Missouri. In the sports area, Andrew successfully led the high-profile defense for the Chicago Cubs in the team’s expansion of Wrigley Field and other matters, leads the defense of the Los Angeles Rams in a suit relating to its relocation from St. Louis, leads the representation of the Board of Directors of the US Soccer Federation in a suit brought by the North American Soccer League, and led the successful defense of former NBA player Derek Fisher in a well-publicized case brought by the former head of the players’ union.
