Position

Jordan Murray is a senior partner in Kirkland’s Investment Funds Group. Jordan advises on every aspect of the private equity space, including: strategic minority stake and control sale transactions; open- and closed-ended private securities offerings covering a wide spectrum of sectors, geographies and strategies; bespoke joint venture arrangements; complex secondary transactions, including fund restructurings and direct sales and purchases of portfolios of fund interests; creation of new business lines and products; and seeding arrangements for new private investment firms. Representative clients include Adams Street, Cortec, Francisco Partners, GI Partners, Golub Capital, Littlejohn, Rockwood and Siris.
