Agreements provided $290m in debtor-in-possession financing, giving the company $100m in incremental liquidity to support it in completing its reorganization. Also notable in the New York team is experienced restructuring practitioner Joshua Sussberg. Other key clients include Avaya, Exco Resources and Nine West Holdings.
