Gregg Kirchhoefer is a partner of Kirkland & Ellis where he founded the technology/IP transactions and outsourcing practices. His practice focuses on IP/technology matters, with particular emphases on outsourcing, IT, strategic alliances, licensing and M&A. His experience in outsourcing spans more than 35 years, and has involved several of history’s most significant outsourcing transactions and several seminal BPO and offshoring transactions. Gregg represents both customers and service providers in ITO, BPO, supply chain, contract manufacturing and ERP system matters. He is a Certified Outsourcing Professional and is an inductee in the IAOP Outsourcing Leadership Hall of Fame.

The firm is advising Revlon on its negotiation of IT services, software and support agreements, which includes the negotiation of a cloud services agreement for the transfer of financial information.
