Mr Gerald Nowak
Position
Gerald Nowak is a partner in the Firm’s Chicago office. He joined Kirkland in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. Gerald has a broad transactional practice focused on representing public companies and private equity funds. In 2014, he was selected to The International Who’s Who of Mergers & Acquisition Lawyers.
