Position

Jeff O’Connor is a leader in the field of dealer floorplan, auto and equipment securitization and has counseled clients in a broad range of asset securitization, structured finance, secured lending and receivables sale transactions. He represents both issuers and underwriters in a variety of transactions involving dealer floorplan, equipment, retail auto, lease, credit card, healthcare and other assets. Jeff often deals with novel structures, including a floorplan master trust capable of issuing separate series backed solely by overconcentration receivables, mixed lease and retail loan transactions, amortizing series where amortization is tied to an external benchmark rather than the receivables amortization, whole business securitizations, and foreign currency denominated transactions. Jeff has substantial securities law experience and has counseled clients in connection with complex offering issues.
