Real Estate partner Rachel Brown has extensive experience representing both borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and documentation of real estate financing transactions, including mortgage loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, other structured financings, revolving lines of credit and corporate level financings, as well as secondary market financing transactions including participations, co-lending relationships and the acquisition and disposition of debt positions.
