Mr Scott Gordon
Position
Scott is the leader of Kirkland’s Derivatives Practice and a senior member of the Asset Finance and Securitization Practice. Scott is a leading counsel to end users, representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to many of the world’s preeminent private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with structuring, negotiating and documenting interest rate, currency, energy, commodity, credit and equity derivative transactions. Scott also counsels clients on derivatives regulation and derivatives issues in M&A, restructuring and securitization matters.
