Katherine Rocco is an antitrust and competition partner in Kirkland’s New York office. Kate’s practice includes antitrust litigation, merger clearance and cartel investigations. Kate has managed complex litigations through trial and appeal and secured regulatory clearances for multi-billion dollar transactions.
